Orders ship from the United States via USPS or FedEx, usually within 2 to 3 business days of purchase.
Discreet packaging
Nerve Relief Protocol ships in plain packaging with no external product identification. Nothing on the outside of the box names the product or its category.

Free shipping

Tracking
The official store sends a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then contact the store using the address on your order confirmation.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Wrong or damaged delivery
Contact the official store with your order number and a photo of what arrived. They handle replacements. We cannot.
